We take the greatest care when arranging and shipping the copies for you. If the book is notably damaged during shipment, we will liaise with DHL to get a refund. If the purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within seven days of delivery/attempted delivery. We will issue you a full refund or credit on the purchase price of the order, but you will be liable for the return shipping. Please ensure that the book(s) are securely packaged for return shipping. We will not accept items that have been damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging when returning.
Returns Process
If you would like to return an item, please email me within 7 days of delivery/attempted delivery of your copies, stating your reason for wishing to return the item. We will provide a return address and ask that you organise return shipment within a week. We will refund your purchase after we have received and checked the item. We will do everything we can to process refunds quickly, but please allow up to 10 working days.
